The Caring Community Foundation (CCF) is responding with urgency and compassion to critical community needs arising from the COVID 19 pandemic. The CCF Emergency Fund has been established to help provide financial relief for local healthcare, food insecurity and rent expenses, according to donor preference. Healthcare contributions will be provided to Community HealthCare System (CHCS), an independent and major healthcare provider for all types of medical care throughout rural Northeast Kansas. Food insecurity will be addressed in partnership with local food banks in Onaga, Westmoreland and St. Marys. Donations to help people pay rent or utilities, in and close to, Onaga, St. Marys and Westmoreland, will be accomplished with the assistance of Community Care Ministries. All donations to any and all of these causes may be made online or by mail to the Caring Community Foundation, 17170 Highway 16, Onaga, KS 66521 or to www.ccfks.org.

The Caring Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity, and donations are tax deductible. The CCF will not charge any fees for the Emergency Fund and all donations will be spent expediently for COVID 19 efforts.

The Caring Community Foundation values collaboration. Donations from 100 People Who Care, businesses, grants and individuals show us that we are truly all in this together.  The CCF is always working for community success. During these turbulent times, we are able to provide relief when you need it most, thanks to the generosity of the communities we serve.
